The challenge
Make the hard part usable.
A React Native and Expo product had to embed a provider-supplied Android AAR, pair reliably with payment terminals, and run as a locked-down store device without losing a repeatable upgrade path.
What we delivered
Product and system, together.
We built and maintained the POS and transaction flows, terminal pairing, device boot and lock behavior, and the native payment-library integration. We also established CI/CD and a reliable build pipeline for payment-provider SDK updates, Expo upgrades, iterative releases, and production bug fixes.
